055 Mystery Net - Do You Know Who They Are?

The radio community could use a bit of help. We have observed an extensive frequency ALE (Automatic Link Establishment) network in the HF spectrum that has not been IDed. The main station that sounds on this net is "055" and I call this the 055 Net. So if you recognize who the user is of this network, would appreciate a note at our address in the masthead. Anonymous responses are ok also.

Mystery HF ALE Net -- 055 Net

Last week Sam in the UK posted to the UDXF newsgroup information on a mystery HF ALE net known as the "055 Net" due to the station ALE Address seen sounding on the net.

One theory I have seen proposed is that this may be an Indonesian HF net. That is pretty much the book on this mystery. Anyone that has any additional information can contact me at the email address in the masthead.
